What is fasting in Welmi?
Intermittent fasting in Welmi means a scheduled break between meals — for example, an overnight pause between dinner and the next day's first meal. It is not extreme restriction or starvation. The fasting block on your home screen tracks your eating window and fasting periods automatically.
Setting up your plan
Tap the Fasting block on the home screen.
Go to Your Plan.
Select a plan (16:8, 14:10, etc.).
Confirm your selection.
The timer begins tracking immediately.
Changing your schedule
Switching plans: Fasting → Your Plan → choose a different plan → confirm.
Manual adjustment: Fasting → Manual Setup → adjust start/end times → confirm.
Note: Changing your schedule mid-session may recalculate your accumulated time.
Ramadan / religious fasting
Use Manual Setup and set the fasting end time to match iftar or your designated meal break.
Disabling fasting tracking
Tap the Fasting block.
Tap the settings icon (arrow, top-right corner).
Go to Manual Setup.
For each day, select "No fasting day".
Confirm.
The fasting block will remain visible on the home screen — it cannot be fully removed — but tracking will be inactive.
Disabling fasting notifications (iPhone)
Go to Settings → Notifications → Welmi and disable notifications.
