Age requirement
Welmi is designed for adults. When you set up your profile, the age options start at 18. Because Welmi is a calorie- and diet-tracking app, we do not recommend it for anyone under 18. Calorie counting and dieting during childhood or adolescence should only be done under the guidance of a doctor or a parent or guardian. If you are under 18, please use Welmi only with adult supervision.
Changing daily calorie goal
Go to Profile → Calories and Macronutrients, adjust the value, and tap Save. Your initial calorie target is calculated from your height, weight, goal, and activity level, but you can override it anytime.
Adjusting macros (protein, fat, carbs)
Go to Profile → Calories and Macronutrients, set your preferred ratio for protein, fat, and carbs, then tap Save.
Managing burned calories
In your Profile you can enable or disable the option to add burned calories to your daily target. When enabled, your daily goal increases on active days. When disabled, your target stays fixed regardless of activity.
Editing portion sizes
Open any food card in your diary, change the weight or grams to match your actual portion, and tap Save.
Changing units of measurement
Welmi uses your device's measurement system. There is no in-app setting for this.
iPhone: Settings → General → Language & Region → Measurement System → select Metric or Imperial.
Android: Change the region or measurement setting in your device's system settings.
Changing app language
There is no in-app language setting. Welmi follows your device language.
iPhone: Settings → General → Language & Region → iPhone Language → select your preferred language.
Adjusting weekly goal (pace)
Go to Profile → Calories & Macros → Weekly Goal and use the slider:
Easy — slower pace, more daily calories.
Balanced — moderate pace.
Strict — faster pace, fewer daily calories.
The screen shows your expected weekly progress, estimated goal date, and adjusted daily calories.

Units and language are controlled by your device, not by Welmi.
