Welmi tracks GLP-1 medications in the GLP-1 Companion. It works for injections and for pills. There you set your medication, dose and schedule, and every dose you log appears in the Dose Journal.
The GLP-1 Companion is part of the latest version of Welmi on iPhone and Android. If you do not see it, update the app from the App Store or Google Play. If it is still missing, go to Profile → Nutrition Screen Sections and check that GLP-1 is turned on.
Open the GLP-1 Companion
On the Nutrition tab, find the GLP-1 block and tap the › arrow next to its title. The title shows GLP-1: followed by the name of your medication, or GLP-1 Companion.
Set your medication, dose and schedule
Open the GLP-1 Companion.
Tap the settings icon in the top-right corner.
Tap Medication and choose yours. Injections and pills are on separate tabs, Injections and Pill / Tablet.
Tap Dosage to set your dose and Schedule to set how often you take it.
If your medication is not in the list, add it yourself. On the Injections tab tap Add Custom Injection, or on the Pill / Tablet tab tap Add Custom Pill/Tablet, and type its name. Then set the dose and schedule as usual.
Enter the dose and schedule your doctor prescribed or that your medication's instructions give. Welmi records what you enter. It does not choose a dose or a schedule for you.
Delete a dose you logged by mistake
Open the GLP-1 Companion.
Tap the Dose Journal title. The list of all your logged doses opens.
Press and hold the wrong entry.
Tap Delete in the menu that appears.
Change a medication you added by mistake
There is no separate button to delete a medication. Replace it instead. Open the GLP-1 Companion, tap the settings icon in the top-right corner, and choose the right medication, schedule and dose. The new values replace the old ones when you save them.
Hide the GLP-1 block
If you do not need medication tracking at all, go to Profile → Nutrition Screen Sections and turn off GLP-1. The block then disappears from the Nutrition tab.
