Your Welmi subscription on iPhone is managed by Apple, not by Welmi directly. To cancel it, you need to do it from your iPhone Settings.
Note: This cancels your Welmi Pro subscription (the recurring plan that gives access to the app). If you also bought the Welmi AI Bundle (Body Scan + AI Health Report), that is a one-time purchase and does not need to be cancelled — it stays on your account permanently.
Steps
Open Settings on your iPhone.
Tap your name at the top (Apple ID).
Select Subscriptions.
Find Welmi in the list and tap it.
Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
Your subscription will stop renewing at the end of the current billing period. You will keep access to paid features until that date.
Important
Deleting the Welmi app does not cancel your subscription. You have to cancel it in Settings, otherwise you will keep being charged.
Cancelling stops future charges. It does not refund past payments. If you want a refund, see How to request a refund on iPhone.
You can re-subscribe at any time from inside the Welmi app.
How to check if the cancellation worked
Open Settings.
Tap your name (Apple ID).
Go to Subscriptions.
Select Welmi — the status and expiration date will be shown. A cancelled subscription shows an end date instead of a renewal date.
