How to request a refund for Welmi on iPhone

Written by Daniil Zinenko

Refunds for purchases made through Apple — including your Welmi subscription and one-time purchases like the Welmi AI Bundle (Body Scan + AI Health Report) — are processed by Apple, not by Welmi. We cannot refund you directly — you have to request it from Apple.

Steps

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com in your web browser.

  2. Log in with your Apple ID.

  3. Find the Welmi payment in the list.

  4. Select Request a refund.

  5. Choose a reason and submit the request.

Processing times

  • Apple usually reviews refund requests within 1–3 business days.

  • In some cases, the review may take up to 5 business days.

If the refund is approved

  • The funds are returned using the same payment method you used to pay.

  • Crediting takes on average 5–10 business days.

  • The exact time depends on your bank or payment system.

Important

  • Apple makes the final decision on refunds. Welmi has no technical access to App Store payments and cannot process refunds for App Store purchases ourselves.

  • Requesting a refund does not automatically cancel your subscription. If you also want to stop future charges, follow How to cancel your Welmi subscription on iPhone separately.

If your refund was denied or the refund button is unavailable

Apple offers several refund request channels. If one denies your request automatically, try the others — each goes to Apple's own staff with different authority, so a refund refused in one channel may still be approved in another.

  1. Apple Support app (on iPhone) — open the app → tap Get Support → choose Subscriptions & Purchases → select the Welmi charge → Request a refund. The app sometimes shows the refund option even when the web form does not.

  2. Live agent chat or phone call — visit apple.com/support → choose Billing & Subscriptions → request a chat or phone call. Explain that you were not aware of the auto-renewal and want a refund. Live agents can approve cases the automated system denied.

  3. Reply to the Apple receipt email — the receipt Apple sent for the charge can be answered directly; include your Apple ID and the reason for the refund. Apple's support team typically responds within a few business days.

Welmi has no access to App Store payments and cannot process App Store refunds ourselves — every channel above goes through Apple.
