What to do if your data disappears after closing the app

If your food diary entries or other data are not showing after you close and reopen Welmi, try these steps.

Step 1 — Wait and reopen

Your data is stored on our servers, not only on your device. Temporary connectivity issues can sometimes prevent the app from displaying your entries. Close Welmi completely, wait a few minutes, and reopen it.

Step 2 — Check your internet connection

A weak or unstable connection can block syncing between the app and our servers. Switch to a reliable Wi-Fi network or ensure you have strong mobile data, then restart the app.

Step 3 — Update the app

Make sure you are running the latest version of Welmi. Updates include important improvements to data syncing. Update via the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).
