How to share feedback

You can share feedback, feature suggestions, or bug reports through two channels:

  • In-app chat — Go to Profile → Support and start a conversation.

  • Email — Send your thoughts to [email protected].

When sharing an idea, include as much detail as possible: describe what you'd like to see, explain how it would help your workflow, and feel free to reference examples from other apps.

What happens next

  1. Your feedback is reviewed by the support team.

  2. Relevant suggestions are forwarded to the product and development team.

  3. The team evaluates each idea against the current roadmap and priorities.

  4. If a suggestion is implemented, it will appear in a future app update.

There is no guarantee that every suggestion will be built, and we cannot commit to specific timelines. That said, every piece of feedback is read and considered.

Frequently asked questions

Will I be notified when my suggestion is implemented? We don't send individual notifications for implemented features. To stay up to date, keep the app updated and check the release notes in your app store.

I saw a feature in a competitor app — can you add it? Absolutely share it with us. Describe what you like about the feature and how you would use it in Welmi.

Can I see a list of planned features? We don't maintain a public roadmap at this time. Updates are communicated through app store release notes.
