Logging water
Tap the water glass icon on the home screen. Each tap adds one glass of water to your daily total. The glass size can be configured in Profile > Hydration.
Editing or deleting entries
Open Nutrition diary.
Find the Water entry (tap "View all" if it is not visible).
Tap the entry to open the card.
Choose Edit to adjust the amount, or Delete to remove it.
You can also long-press a water entry to delete it directly.
There is no "minus" button on the home-screen widget. All adjustments must be made through the Nutrition diary.
Changing units (ml vs oz)
The unit depends on your device's region settings:
iPhone: Settings > General > Language & Region > Region — choose a metric country.
Android: Settings > System > Language & Region > Measurement Units > Metric.
Restart Welmi after changing the region.
Other beverages
Only plain water counts toward the water goal. Coffee, tea, juice, and milk are excluded.
To track other beverages: log them as food items under Snack (or any meal category) by searching or scanning. Calories will be tracked, but the water counter will not be affected.

Custom amount workaround
Tap the water button to add one glass.
