Adding a workout manually

Tap the red "+" button on the main screen, then select Add Workout. Choose your activity type, duration, and intensity, then save. You can add multiple workouts per day.

Syncing workouts from Apple Watch

Workout data syncs through Apple Health. To enable it, open the Health app on your iPhone → tap your ProfileAppsWelmi → enable Activity, Workouts, Steps, and Distance. Once permissions are granted, workouts will auto-sync.

External devices (Garmin, Fitbit, etc.)

Direct workout sync from devices like Garmin is not yet available. However, steps and activity data can sync through Apple Health or Health Connect if your device connects there. See How to connect a fitness tracker for setup instructions.

Fitness plans and training programs

The app offers structured workout plans. Complete the fitness plan presentation, select a trainer, and unlock the activity diary and workout logging tied to that plan. Note that fitness plans are a separate feature and do not replace the regular activity diary.

Burned calories from exercise

When enabled, calories recorded in Apple Health are added to your daily calorie norm — your daily limit increases on active days. Toggle this setting in Profile. For more on calorie and macro targets, see Setting goals and targets.

Personalized fitness recommendations

Open the Coach from the Fitness tab for workout suggestions, exercise programs, and training advice — including questions about training around an injury or a physical limitation. Please note that technical support cannot provide personalized fitness advice — the Coach is the right place for exercise guidance.

FAQ

  • How do I add a workout? Tap the red "+" button, then select Add Workout.

  • How do I sync my Apple Watch? Open the Health app, go to Profile → Apps → Welmi, and enable the required permissions.

  • I accidentally finished a workout too early. Contact support or ask the Coach (Fitness tab) for guidance.

  • Can I edit or delete a workout? Open the workout in your activity diary. If you run into issues, contact support.

  • Are there gym-specific routines? Ask the Coach from the Fitness tab for workout programs and routines.

Important notes

  • Apple Watch sync requires Apple Health permissions to be enabled.

  • The fitness plan feature is a guided presentation — it does not replace your regular activity diary.

  • Open the Coach from the Fitness tab for exercise guidance and recommendations.

  • Burned calories from exercise may adjust your daily calorie target when the setting is enabled.
