The AI Bundle is a one-time purchase that gives you permanent access to two specific Welmi features:
Body Scan — full-body composition measurement from your phone camera
AI Health Report — a generated overview of your current health data
That's everything the Bundle includes. It is not a subscription, and it does not unlock the rest of the app.
What the AI Bundle does NOT include
The Bundle does not give you access to Welmi's main features. These remain locked until you subscribe to Pro separately:
Food scanning (AI photo, voice, and barcode recognition)
Calorie counting and macronutrient tracking
Unlimited food logging and manual entry
Fasting tracker
AI trainer and nutritionist
Recipes
To unlock these, you need an active Pro subscription — monthly or yearly. The Bundle and the Pro subscription are two different products and are billed separately.

I paid for lifetime access — why is the app asking me to pay again?
If you made a one-time payment (sometimes described as "lifetime", "pay once", or "permanent access" at checkout), you most likely purchased the AI Bundle. The Bundle is a one-time purchase that gives you permanent access to the AI Health Report and Body Scan only. It does not unlock food scanning, calorie tracking, or other Pro features — those require a separate Pro subscription. The Bundle and the Pro subscription are two independent products.
I made a one-time payment, but I'm being charged a second time. Is this a duplicate charge?
No. These are two different products. Your one-time payment was for the AI Bundle (Body Scan + AI Health Report). The recurring charge is for the Pro subscription, which covers food scanning, calorie tracking, and other core features. Each is billed separately by Apple or Google.
I bought Welmi for life, but my features are still locked.
The one-time "lifetime" purchase is the AI Bundle, which gives permanent access to the AI Health Report and Body Scan only. To unlock food scanning and the rest of the app, you also need an active Pro subscription.
Can I get a refund for the Bundle if I bought it by mistake?
Yes, but the refund has to be requested through the store where you paid, not through Welmi. See:
If I subscribe to Pro, do I still keep my Bundle features?
Yes. The Bundle is a one-time purchase, so its features (Body Scan + AI Health Report) remain permanently unlocked regardless of whether you subscribe to Pro. Subscribing to Pro adds the main app features on top.
Important notes
The Bundle is sold by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), like any other in-app purchase. Welmi does not process the payment directly.
"Lifetime" in this context means lifetime access to the Bundle's two features — not lifetime access to the whole app.
